nudgiko is made by Aarchana Nichani, an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: aarchanalnichani@gmail.com. This policy covers the nudgiko Android app and this website.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address.
- Content you submit: links, text and tasks you share into nudgiko.
- Waitlist data: your email, what you save most (optional), and whether you agreed to updates.
- Usage analytics: basic product events, collected with PostHog.
How we use it
To run the app, summarize your saved items, send the emails you asked for, and fix problems. Your data is never sold and is never used for ad targeting.
AI processing
When you share an item, its content is sent over an encrypted connection to the Google Gemini API to create bullets and a micro-action.

We send a confirmation when you join the waitlist. Promotional and launch emails are sent only if you opted in, and each one includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can delete your account inside the app (Profile → Delete Account & Clear Vault) or request deletion at /delete-account. You can also email us to access or correct your data.
Retention
We keep data until you delete your account or ask us to remove it. Waitlist emails are removed on request.
Children
nudgiko is not intended for children under 13.

We will update the date above when this policy changes.
